Identify bottlenecks, improve follow-up and sales processes, oversee reception performance, maintain accurate Lawmatics records, and support remote sales operations during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective immigration clients, explain service options, enroll clients, and coordinate handoffs to the legal team. Manage follow-ups, onboarding, quality-control calls, CRM documentation, case filing organization, billable-hour tracking, and performance metrics. The role combines consultative sales, empathetic client care, intake administration, and ongoing communication with clients and management.

Manage EOIR removal defense cases from intake through adjudication, including tracking deadlines, preparing attorney-reviewed applications and motions, uploading filings through ECAS, organizing evidence, and preparing cases for hearings. Communicate with clients, coordinate document collection, maintain case records in Docketwise, conduct quality-control reviews, and provide remote administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
