Owns quality performance for assigned aerospace parts, including FAIRs, PPAPs, audits, contract reviews, drawing ballooning, gaging, Gage R&R studies, CMM validation, customer approvals, RCCA, and process improvement. Uses statistical software and SPC reviews to improve quality metrics and maintain QMS, NADCAP, customer, and export compliance requirements.

Manages customer relationships throughout contract negotiations, program launches, and ongoing account growth. Serves as the liaison between customers and internal teams, monitors satisfaction and performance metrics, negotiates pricing and terms, supports onboarding, and identifies revenue opportunities. The role requires aerospace manufacturing knowledge, financial and negotiation skills, cross-functional coordination, executive communication, and domestic and international travel.

Manages aerospace engineering projects involving FAA-PMA certification, reverse engineering, CAD design, dimensional measurement, tolerancing, technical documentation, manufacturing support, quality activities, and conformity inspections. Coordinates with engineering, supply chain, quality, FAA personnel, and customers to resolve technical issues, support design changes, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, regulatory, and airworthiness requirements.
