Leads complex cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives across a radiopharmaceutical organization. Establishes project management frameworks, maintains portfolios, develops schedules and charters, tracks KPIs, manages risks, and drives operational excellence. Facilitates project kickoffs, stakeholder alignment, documentation, change management, continuous improvement, and implementation of standardized processes across sites.

Leads the design, administration, communication, and improvement of employee benefits and compensation programs. Oversees health and welfare plans, retirement programs, compensation structures, market pricing, pay cycles, incentive plans, vendors, audits, compliance, reporting, and HR systems. Partners cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers while developing team members and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Serves as PharmaLogic’s senior legal advisor and strategic partner, overseeing commercial contracts, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, transactions, employment matters, enterprise risk, and outside counsel. The General Counsel manages the legal function, develops policies and contracting processes, supports regulated pharmaceutical and manufacturing operations, and provides practical guidance that enables growth while mitigating legal and regulatory risks.

Supports broad HR operations including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compensation reviews, employee records, policy administration, compliance, reporting, and HR initiatives. Provides guidance to employees and managers, handles confidential information, and escalates complex matters to HR leadership. The hybrid role requires regular onsite work in Dorval and bilingual French-English communication.
