Leads accounting operations and financial reporting for an FQHC, ensuring GAAP, HRSA, federal, state, and grant compliance. Oversees monthly financial statements, internal controls, audits, Single Audits, grants accounting, cash management, investments, debt financing, and tax compliance. Manages and develops an approximately 11-person accounting team while partnering with senior finance leadership to maintain audit readiness and operational excellence.

Performs accounting for grant-funded health center programs, prepares and monitors grant budgets, and assists with financial statement preparation and reporting in accordance with GAAP, grant terms, and regulatory requirements. The role also requires effective communication, report and procedure writing, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
