Processes purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, employee expense reports, and vendor payments. Matches invoices to purchase orders, verifies deliveries, maintains accounts payable records and spreadsheets, obtains approvals, reconciles discrepancies, and communicates with vendors and internal departments. Ensures accurate accounting, data entry, documentation, and timely payment processing while following accounts payable policies and general accounting principles.

Coordinate and manage Unity Health Care’s MA-to-RN Pathway Program, including schedules, milestones, budgets, training activities, stakeholder communications, participant support, reporting, audits, compliance, documentation, and community or clinical site activities. The role serves as a liaison among Unity, educational institutions, foundation partners, staff, and students while promoting an inclusive learning environment.

Performs financial, cost, and statistical analysis; prepares reports, projections, dashboards, and financial models; supports budgeting and planning; conducts variance analysis; ensures GAAP compliance; assists with audits and internal controls; analyzes performance metrics; identifies trends; and provides recommendations for leadership decision-making.
