Supports and improves the company’s network, servers, computers, peripherals, and cybersecurity infrastructure. Designs and implements network solutions, performs Windows and VMware upgrades, manages routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other appliances, and troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and security issues. Monitors cyber threats, coordinates with vendors and security partners, maintains documentation and inventory, trains users, manages tickets, and provides on-call support, including some evenings and weekends.
