Supports operations recruiting through resume screening, candidate sourcing, phone screens, interview coordination, applicant communication, and accurate ATS or HRIS documentation. Partners with HR team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, researches recruiting trends, and provides administrative support. Develops, coordinates, implements, and supports Internet-based EDI strategies and legacy systems. Resolves transaction issues, identifies root causes, collaborates with internal teams and trading partners, supports EDI requests, trains users, maintains platform documentation, and recommends process improvements for EDI implementations, renewals, updates, and enterprise integration projects.

Supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making through financial analysis. Performs profitability, pricing, cost, and trend analyses; develops financial models and management dashboards; and partners with business leaders. Also owns accounting activities including fixed assets, lease accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, audit support, and internal controls.

Supports the Category Team by gathering and maintaining product data, updating pricing databases and Excel templates, coordinating with suppliers and Category Managers, resolving cost discrepancies with Purchasing, and assisting with pricing files and contracts. The role is full-time and onsite in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, with a focus on data accuracy, communication, and administrative support.
