Directs strategies to prevent hardware, software, and electronic-component obsolescence on military platforms. Leads cross-functional teams, develops DMSMS management plans, coordinates suppliers and engineering changes, manages contracts, budgets, schedules, and earned value metrics, and evaluates lifecycle mitigation strategies. Apply secure coding, SDLC, and Agile practices while balancing multiple development priorities.

Develops facility layouts, cost models, economic analyses, specifications, condition assessments, space plans, sustainability metrics, and decommissioning strategies. Coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, supports capital improvement planning, prepares executive documentation, and independently delivers technical work. Requires full-time onsite work and the ability to obtain and maintain government security access.

Provides technical cybersecurity support for plans, policies, SOPs, RMF testing, assessments, authorizations, and documentation. Coordinates cyber defense incident resolution, manages incident response, analyzes trends, and prepares reports. The role requires experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation, malware containment, risk assessments, compliance reviews, security policy development, and strong communication skills. A Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Leads logistics lifecycle sustainment and component obsolescence management for DoD programs. Analyzes bills of materials, supply-chain alerts, vendor risks, and technical data to identify replacement parts and prevent shortages. Coordinates acquisition and sustainment logistics, develops business case analyses, supports financial and program management, collaborates with engineering, produces status reports, and provides technical leadership to other logisticians.
