Supports finance and back-of-house business applications across the hotel portfolio. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system configuration, application and integration support, testing, documentation, workflow monitoring, data validation, release coordination, security and compliance support, disaster recovery planning, process improvement, user training, and participation in application upgrades and transformation projects.

Manages a small specialist team, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, IT, loyalty, analytics, revenue management, properties, and guest services.

Owns execution and optimization of Virgin Hotels Collection’s guest-facing digital product roadmap. Responsibilities include digital commerce and merchandising, booking journey conversion, product governance, design systems, customer research, experimentation, analytics, KPI definition, tagging frameworks, and evaluation of emerging AI capabilities. The role partners with Commercial, Revenue, Marketing, CRM, Brand, Technology, agencies, and vendors to translate customer insight and business priorities into measurable product outcomes.

Directs hotel accounting operations, supervises and develops accounting staff, ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciles balance sheet accounts, reviews income audits, monitors revenues and expenses, investigates variances, maintains internal financial controls, and supports regulatory, tax, payroll, purchasing, cash-handling, and compliance processes. Provides financial analysis and guidance to management while ensuring deadlines, reporting standards, and hotel operating procedures are met.

Develops business travel, group events, and travel industry accounts for a hotel. Responsibilities include prospecting, sales presentations, client entertainment, site inspections, networking, quarterly account planning, revenue generation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role maintains strong client relationships, resolves problems, supports hotel teams, follows sales and catering standards, and participates in professional sales training.

Temporarily own the companywide implementation of Luminance. Gather and organize contracts, configure alerts and workflows, validate system data, train general managers and end users, provide platform support, and drive the project timeline to completion independently. The role is primarily focused on business software administration, data organization, system configuration, adoption, and project execution rather than legal work.
