Monitors and administers cybersecurity infrastructure, including network security, SIEM, encryption, antivirus, patch management, secure file transfer, MFA, and SSO solutions. Performs vulnerability and penetration testing, investigates suspicious activity, supports forensic analysis and incident response, manages access controls, documents security procedures, assists with disaster recovery, and collaborates on cybersecurity policies and help desk incident management.

Prepares reports and correspondence, supports remedial plans, coordinates with certification and compliance units, and keeps management informed of program trends and challenges.

Oversees staff, contracts, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and public-facing materials. Develops workforce strategies aligned with New York’s priority industries, collaborates with agencies and training providers, and represents the organization with government, labor, philanthropic, and industry leaders. Statewide travel and in-office presence are required.

Build and strengthen New York’s innovation ecosystem by developing investor and venture partnerships, connecting entrepreneurs with resources, managing sponsorships, and leading technology-focused events. Create marketing, public relations, and communications materials; coordinate stakeholders across public and private organizations; support strategic initiatives in life sciences, climate tech, semiconductors, and AI; and work with portfolio companies and fund managers. Travel up to 25%, primarily within New York State.

Manage workforce development grant programs from award through final reporting. Oversee grantee training delivery, compliance, metrics, risk mitigation, funding recommendations, stakeholder relationships, site visits, success stories, executive reporting, special projects, and staff mentoring. Collaborate with government agencies, nonprofits, employers, education providers, and community organizations to improve employment outcomes for underrepresented and underemployed workers.

Provide executive and administrative support to the Regional Director and department staff, including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, document preparation, filing, and confidential information handling. Coordinate marketing and outreach events, assist with presentations and publicity, greet visitors, manage communications, process payments and invoices, and complete special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, follow-up, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and databases.

Oversees statewide entrepreneurship development programs, including Entrepreneurship Assistance Centers, contract compliance, performance monitoring, reporting, budgets, grants, procurement, and quality improvement. Supervises staff, manages stakeholders, supports program marketing and events, and coordinates initiatives aligned with economic development objectives. Requires travel throughout New York State and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Supports the Budget Director with annual corporate and subsidiary budget preparation, quarterly variance reporting, revenue and expenditure forecasting, cash-flow analysis, roster reconciliation, and budget document reviews. Assists with financial modeling, Board materials, special projects, and miscellaneous budget-related duties.

Leads statewide semiconductor workforce development coordination for GO-SEMI, including program design, implementation, evaluation, workforce data reporting, stakeholder partnerships, training program expansion, and community engagement. Supervises workforce metrics staff, develops industry-driven strategies, coordinates with government agencies, promotes semiconductor careers, presents findings to executives and public audiences, and tracks advanced manufacturing trends. The role requires public speaking, relationship building, government relations, and travel throughout New York State.
