The role requires CAD proficiency, GD&T knowledge, composite fabrication expertise, safety and FMEA analysis, industrial engineering fundamentals, and collaboration on new product introduction.

Develops and implements aerospace quality inspection, testing, calibration, and quality management processes. Collaborates with customers, program managers, engineering teams, vendors, and regulators to meet product requirements and support audits. Analyzes defects, manages product deviations and customer notifications, improves the Quality Management System, oversees document control, establishes quality metrics, and helps implement corrective actions and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
