Provides executive-level administrative support to GPTLHB leadership, including schedule and meeting management, correspondence, reports, research, minutes, data tracking, records administration, purchasing, expense documentation, and organization-wide event logistics. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related business systems, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while supporting senior executives and external stakeholders.

Coordinates public health program activities, deliverables, stakeholder relationships, training, reports, evaluations, meetings, promotional materials, agreements, budgets, travel, inventory, and administrative processes. Supports data collection, program implementation, site facilitation, and compliance with funding agency and organizational policies. Maintains accurate program records and assists with logistics, purchasing, invoices, and meeting documentation.

Manages program compliance, budgets, reporting, staff supervision, grant activities, and implementation of program work plans. Coordinates deliverables, deadlines, funding-agency requirements, stakeholder partnerships, data and documentation. Supports grant writing, funding identification, promotional materials, training, and program marketing. Requires strong communication, research, analysis, public speaking, administrative, budgeting, and supervisory skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Provides technical support for OCHIN Epic and clinical technologies by deploying and maintaining devices, managing user access, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals, and supporting cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance. The role assists with EHR implementations, upgrades, optimization, training, and go-live readiness while documenting procedures and collaborating with IT, clinical operations, vendors, and end users.

Work as a contractor for GPTLHB under a 1099 independent contractor agreement. No additional responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, travel, or clearance requirements are provided.

Supports legal, compliance, governance, and policy functions for a tribal health organization. Conducts research on healthcare, Federal Indian, tribal sovereignty, employment, privacy, and administrative law; assists with legal memoranda, policy and contract reviews, regulatory analysis, governance projects, and internal guidance materials. Maintains confidentiality and collaborates with legal, executive, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
