Supports full-cycle recruiting for drivers, mechanics, yard workers, and corporate roles. Posts jobs, manages ATS pipelines, conducts candidate prescreening, coordinates background checks, drug screens, physicals, and training, and maintains recruiting records. Prepares hiring reports, processes clinic invoices, bonuses, expenses, and recruiting materials. Provides clerical support, communicates with hiring teams, assists with job fairs, and performs local travel as needed.

Provides administrative and operational support to the COO and company leadership. Responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing operational data, coordinating vendors and purchasing, managing travel and correspondence, auditing fuel invoices, maintaining equipment registrations, supporting plant managers, and handling confidential information. The role also assists with project tracking, regulatory correspondence, PPE purchasing, production reporting, documentation management, and special assignments across ready-mix, aggregate, and trucking operations.

The Staff Accountant records financial transactions, maintains the MS Great Plains general ledger, assists with monthly financial statements, analyzes financial data, and supports tax payments, returns, and reporting. The role also manages accounting paperwork, invoices, and administrative tasks while collaborating with auditors and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional evening or weekend work and negligible travel.
