Leads electrical system design from concept through construction documentation across diverse building projects. Performs engineering analyses, applies electrical codes and standards, coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and field personnel, and supports construction-phase services. Responsibilities include roadway alignments, geometric layouts, MOT plans, ADA improvements, drainage considerations, safety enhancements, engineering calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, field investigations, agency coordination, and quality control. Collaborates with project managers and multidisciplinary teams while applying applicable transportation design standards.

Lead ODOT, municipal, and county roadway and highway projects from proposals through final design and construction support. Responsibilities include developing scopes, fees, schedules, and staffing plans; monitoring financial performance; overseeing roadway design, modeling, plans, specifications, and estimates; ensuring ODOT and AASHTO compliance; supporting pursuits; managing client relationships; mentoring engineers; and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
