Provides end-to-end technology support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application issues while managing tickets through resolution. Owns employee technology onboarding and offboarding, including equipment deployment and access management. Coordinates technology projects, vendors, documentation, and service improvements. Analyzes support trends, maintains knowledge resources, communicates with technical and non-technical users, and supports a secure, reliable technology environment. This hybrid role requires at least two onsite days weekly in Arlington, Virginia, and up to 25% domestic travel.

Leads data quality, stewardship, verification, reporting readiness, user adoption, training, and support for the CIS Data Management platform. Manages a data operations team, establishes workflows and service standards, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and partners with product and technology teams on testing, releases, system enhancements, and process improvements. The role also oversees Help Desk operations, develops user communities, translates stakeholder feedback into solutions, and promotes consistent data practices across a distributed affiliate network.
