Leads data quality, stewardship, verification, reporting readiness, user adoption, training, and support for the CIS Data Management platform. Manages a data operations team, establishes workflows and service standards, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and partners with product and technology teams on testing, releases, system enhancements, and process improvements. The role also oversees Help Desk operations, develops user communities, translates stakeholder feedback into solutions, and promotes consistent data practices across a distributed affiliate network.

Writes and submits grant proposals, letters of inquiry, concept notes, and reports to secure unrestricted and restricted funding. Researches institutional prospects, manages a 12–18 month grants calendar, and coordinates complex submissions across teams. Develops financial and programmatic narratives, maintains grant records, ensures compliance and timely reporting, and supports advancement communications. The role requires independent work, strong research and writing skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in grant writing or institutional fundraising, ideally within K–12 education or economic mobility.
