Supports venture fund activities including startup sourcing, market and financial due diligence, analysis of ARR, CAC, churn, burn, and unit economics, financial modeling, valuations, cap table analysis, investment memos, risk assessments, and deal execution involving term sheets, SAFEs, and SHAs. The role also uses AI and automation to improve investment workflows.

Develop maintainable BDD/Cucumber suites and use Claude to generate, debug, scale, and improve test automation. The role is hybrid in Hyderabad or Indore and supports products across fintech, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and other industries.

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and closure. Maintain ATS records, hiring dashboards, pipeline reports, and turnaround-time targets. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop hiring strategies, improve recruitment processes, and use AI tools for sourcing, screening, communication, analytics, and workflow automation.
