Supports hotel sales activities for corporate, group, and leisure business by managing inquiries, proposals, contracts, rooming lists, CRM records, RFPs, reports, site visits, and client communications. Coordinates with hotel operations to prepare for group stays, assists with prospecting and promotional events, maintains sales collateral, and provides administrative support throughout the sales cycle.

Supports the hotel sales team with lead management, proposals, contracts, client communication, group bookings, room blocks, reservation updates, sales system administration, reporting, and documentation. Coordinates meetings and site visits, maintains sales and marketing materials, processes booking records, and assists with departmental projects.
