The Business Development Representative responds to inbound leads, conducts discovery, recommends QuickBooks and Intuit solutions, delivers product demonstrations, and drives purchases. The role also performs outbound prospecting, re-engages existing and dormant customers, identifies upgrade and cross-sell opportunities, maintains CRM records, manages pipeline activity, and collaborates with Account Executives and consultants on complex opportunities.

Processes customer orders end to end, validating products, pricing, discounts, billing details, payment terms, taxes, and system data. Coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve discrepancies and ensure billing readiness. Maintains accurate records across CRM, ordering, and billing platforms while meeting processing timelines and reducing billing errors.

Leads client-facing accounting system implementations, conversions, migrations, file rebuilds, workflow redesign, financial process improvements, and QuickBooks training. Provides accounting analysis, reconciliations, month-end close support, project leadership, client relationship management, and team guidance. Maintains high billable utilization while supporting QuickBooks, Acumatica, and NetSuite environments.

Deliver client-facing accounting system implementations, migrations, process redesigns, QuickBooks training, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial consulting. Lead small projects, manage client relationships, support ERP implementations, maintain accurate records, and achieve 90% billable utilization. The role requires advanced accounting knowledge, strong QuickBooks Online and Desktop expertise, and effective remote client communication.
