Performs GIS data research, verification, development, maintenance, and cartographic analysis for the county Assessor’s Office. Creates and updates spatial databases, maps, web applications, dashboards, and graphic products using GIS, CAD, scripting, and database tools. Provides technical assistance, coordinates projects, supports website and online applications, maintains records, and ensures compliance with department procedures. The role also creates identification badges, answers inquiries, maintains records, and supports special projects while handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Leads the Development Services Department by directing planning, development, and administrative programs; managing budgets, policies, compliance, and operational improvements; representing the department to officials, developers, agencies, and the public; and supervising staff. The role provides executive support, coordinates projects and boards, evaluates performance, oversees expenditures, and ensures effective delivery of county planning and development services.
