Support customers throughout the fashion rental journey by answering queries across multiple channels, resolving complaints, processing refunds and credits, coordinating with warehouses, cleaners, fulfillment and delivery partners, and managing order and stock issues. The role also follows up on late returns, fulfills dispatched orders, records stock activity, prepares reports, distributes surveys, and recommends process improvements based on customer feedback.
