Own the day-to-day finance and accounting function, including monthly close, general ledger management, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, payables, reimbursements, cash flow, banking, audits, and internal controls. The role will build finance processes, maintain accurate records, prepare leadership and investor reports, manage vendors and payments, and identify financial or compliance gaps in a fast-paced MedTech startup.

Manage and optimize the company’s Zoho ecosystem, including Creator, CRM, Desk, Projects, Books, and Analytics. Responsibilities include configuring workflows, automations, dashboards, user permissions, integrations, customer support operations, reporting, troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvements. The role serves as the primary Zoho contact and partners with stakeholders to implement scalable business systems and improve operational efficiency.

Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through phone and email, assess customer needs, prioritize opportunities, schedule appointments and demonstrations, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate qualified lead handoffs with field sales representatives. Conduct timely follow-ups, communicate product value persuasively, support conversion improvement, and meet lead contact, qualification, appointment, data accuracy, and conversion KPIs.
