Oversee client relationships, onshore coordination, budgets, timelines, staffing, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Provide technical accounting and auditing guidance, mentor staff, manage proposals, identify billing and service expansion opportunities, and drive standardization and process improvements. The role requires strong knowledge of US auditing standards, IFRS, US GAAP, and experience with US CPA firms or offshore audit support.

Leads external audit engagements for non-financial services clients, including audit planning, risk assessments, materiality evaluation, fieldwork, substantive and analytical testing, and workpaper review. Supervises junior staff, communicates findings and recommendations, coordinates with client and onshore teams, supports financial statement preparation and group audits, and manages multiple engagements while maintaining compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS, and audit quality standards.

Supports buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements by preparing databooks and schedules, analyzing financial statements, general ledger and trial balance data, and evaluating QoE, revenue, EBITDA, working capital, cash flow, and debt-like items. The consultant prepares trend, concentration, and balance sheet analyses and assists engagement teams with client reports under tight deadlines.
