Lead project diagnosis and turnaround for complex CAPEX, EPC, infrastructure, construction, and manufacturing projects. Design execution plans, governance systems, reviews, and escalation mechanisms; identify delays and productivity bottlenecks; and drive improved delivery. Conduct senior-management reviews, coach client teams, influence stakeholders, guide implementation teams at client sites, and own communication, escalations, and project outcomes. Frequent travel and onsite work across India are required.
