Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategies for eCommerce and D2C brands across Meta, Google, and other digital channels. Own campaign optimization, ROAS, CAC, forecasting, budgets, analytics, testing, and sustainable growth. Manage client relationships, present strategic insights, consult on CRO and retention, and mentor a team of performance marketers. The role is onsite in Bangalore Monday through Friday, with a Saturday half day worked remotely.

Design and optimize AI-assisted workflows for marketing and design teams. Build creative briefs, templates, quality standards, review checkpoints, SOPs, and documentation systems. Test AI tools, prompts, automation sequences, and workflow processes using real campaign scenarios, then identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency. Collaborate with founders, strategists, designers, and marketers to create scalable systems for ads, product imagery, campaigns, and website concepts.

Handles accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, client invoicing, reconciliations, journal entries, payment records, billing documentation, ageing reports, and month-end closing support. The role requires accurate financial recordkeeping, payment follow-up, audit-ready documentation, and coordination with internal teams. Candidates should understand basic accounting principles, AP/AR processes, Excel, and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks.

Manage daily office operations, facilities, vendors, inventory, supplies, and workplace upkeep. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams, and external service providers; support procurement and inventory tracking; and organize internal events and employee activities. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, ownership, attention to detail, and basic proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and administrative tools.
