Provides strategic HR partnership and employment-law guidance to leaders and employees. Manages employee relations, performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, accommodations, workforce planning, compliance, training, and organizational assessments. Analyzes workforce metrics, mitigates legal risk, supports regulatory inspections and external agency requests, and collaborates with HR functions. Requires 24/7 rotating on-call availability and 20–30% or more travel, including overnight stays.

Manages TriCore’s compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and total rewards strategy. Oversees compensation cycles, job architecture, benefits administration, vendor relationships, compliance, audits, open enrollment, analytics, and Workday optimization. Advises leaders on pay decisions, develops employee communications and training, supervises staff, and partners with Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and executives to support competitive, equitable, compliant, and cost-effective rewards programs.

Leads Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations. Analyzes workflows, facility design, staffing, process data, and operational metrics to identify problems and improve quality, service levels, costs, laboratory turnaround times, and patient wait times. Develops process maps, standard work, performance metrics, management reports, and optimization recommendations. Trains and coaches project teams, supports the Quality Management System, and collaborates with laboratory personnel and management to implement sustainable process improvements.
