Lead SBP’s institutional fundraising strategy across corporate and foundation partners. Manage high-value donor portfolios, secure six- and seven-figure gifts, oversee proposals and stewardship, and develop sustainable pipelines. Supervise frontline fundraisers, track performance and forecasting in the CRM, partner with executives and board members, represent SBP externally, and lead rapid-response fundraising during disasters.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Operations Officer. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, stakeholder communication, action-item tracking, records maintenance, budget and expense tracking, invoice coordination, reporting, and confidential communications. The role coordinates timelines and deliverables across teams and vendors, supports operational initiatives, and ensures accurate follow-through without formal supervisory or budget approval authority.

Leads SBP’s individual giving strategy across annual, leadership, major, and principal gifts. Drives donor acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and retention while managing a two-person team. Oversees a major donor portfolio, secures significant gifts, partners with executives and board members, optimizes CRM and fundraising processes, and uses data to guide revenue forecasting and pipeline performance. Represents SBP externally and supports rapid-response fundraising during disasters.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate donors and prospects through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Develop customized sponsorships and partnership opportunities, prepare proposals and reports, conduct prospect research, maintain CRM records, forecast revenue, and collaborate with programs, finance, and leadership. Represent SBP externally at meetings, events, conferences, and networking opportunities while advancing corporate fundraising and organizational visibility.

Leads SBP’s marketing and communications strategy, brand development, storytelling, media relations, content, digital assets, fundraising campaigns, and external agency relationships. Manages a four-person team, oversees a major organizational rebrand, develops integrated communications plans, supports donor and partner engagement, and uses analytics to optimize channel performance. The role also coordinates disaster response communications and public speaking opportunities for senior leadership.

The Human Resources Business Partner advises leaders and employees across employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, talent development, engagement, and retention. The role supports investigations, HR operations, policy implementation, employment-risk mitigation, HR metrics, organizational design, change management, and continuous improvement. It partners with managers and HR leadership to deliver consistent, inclusive, values-aligned people practices in a hybrid, mission-driven nonprofit environment.
