Lead an SAP S/4HANA AMS and Support Center, overseeing service delivery, incidents, changes, SLAs, teams, budgets, contracts, customer relationships, escalations, governance, and continuous improvement. Manage resource planning, utilization, profitability, reporting, service reviews, and support transitions while mentoring SAP consultants and supporting pre-sales opportunities.

Develop, test, debug, and support SAP ABAP programs across implemented modules. Translate functional designs into technical specifications and code, create and modify forms and scripts, build enhancements and interfaces, troubleshoot customized programs, and provide technical support to end users. Collaborate with functional teams and manage multiple development tasks and ad hoc support requests.
