Serve as a techno-functional solution partner for Oracle EBS Sourcing and Supplier Qualification processes. Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, recommend solutions, prepare functional specifications and process flows, and coordinate functional and technical teams. Leads NexGenTek India’s day-to-day operations across recruitment, HR, finance coordination, administration, compliance, client operations, and business support. Develops operational strategies, improves processes, manages cross-functional teams, oversees recruitment delivery and statutory compliance, coordinates budgets and vendors, supports client service, drives automation, and prepares executive KPI and risk reports. The role is hybrid in Gurgaon with occasional domestic and international travel.

Manage enterprise IT support and infrastructure across network security, VPNs, firewalls, endpoints, cloud platforms, operating systems, collaboration tools, and IT assets. Provide user account administration, onboarding and offboarding support, troubleshooting, patch management, procurement, inventory tracking, documentation, and platform administration for Azure, AWS, RingCentral, and Office 365. Ensure secure, reliable, and well-documented IT operations for a global organization.
