Maintain company books, including daily transactions, payables, receivables, and account reconciliations. Manage statutory filings such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax. Coordinate vendor payments, reimbursements, procurement, and administrative operations. Support financial close processes and prepare MIS reports for leadership. Maintain compliance calendars, vendor relationships, and organized digital records while supporting audits and financial reporting.

Own and scale the company’s design function, developing its visual identity, brand language, design system, templates, and asset library. Translate complex science and technology into clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences. Ensure consistent, timely design delivery across brand, digital, social, and content channels while balancing strategic brand work with fast iteration.
