Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and campus hiring. Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HRMS administration. Support engagement, performance management, employee development, grievance handling, HR policies, compliance, audits, employer branding, and process improvement initiatives.
