Develops personalized fundraising strategies, gift proposals, briefing materials, and stewardship reports; collaborates with executives, board members, local agencies, programs, and communications teams. Maintains donor records in Salesforce, tracks pipeline and revenue performance, supports continuous improvement, and travels approximately 25–30% for donor engagement and organizational meetings.
