Build and deploy practical AI solutions, including internal productivity tools, SaaS features, customer-facing applications, LLM agents, assistants, copilots, and workflow automation. Integrate AI with APIs, databases, CRM, ERP, and internal platforms. Evaluate models and architectures for reliability, cost, and performance while establishing engineering, testing, monitoring, and iteration practices. Collaborate with the founder, product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities and move rapidly from prototypes to production.

Develop and maintain Java backend applications, RESTful APIs, and web services using Spring Boot or Spring MVC.
