Generate and qualify leads through online, professional, and offline channels; arrange and attend client meetings; present services, understand client needs, and build relationships. Manage follow-ups, nurture partnerships, coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams, and conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and collaboration opportunities.

Provide technical and product support through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp. Manage customer queries and escalations, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes and resolution times, and support audits and internal control initiatives.
