Oversee accounts receivable processing, collections, lien monitoring, billing, third-party accounts, and client inquiries. Maintain accurate transaction records, resolve billing discrepancies, generate reports, and support month-end and year-end accounting close procedures. The role also assists accounting team members and requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, accounting knowledge, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Supports weekly payroll processing by reviewing timecards, entering employee data, reconciling payroll, processing incentives and reimbursements, and assisting with payroll questions. Maintains electronic files, supports audits, completes employment verifications, backs up front desk duties, and assists with HR administration. Serves as a backup payroll processor and helps ensure accurate, timely payroll operations.

Performs accounting and office administration support using Microsoft Office applications, standard office equipment, and strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities require composing, typing, proofreading, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, handling telephone communication, and supporting general administrative procedures. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent education and experience, or at least one year of related experience or training.
