Leads the International Fund’s grantmaking operations, programming, and team management. Responsibilities include preparing grantmaking dockets, supervising and developing staff, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance and controls, representing Astraea externally, and collaborating on communications, fundraising, reporting, and learning and evaluation. The role requires grantmaking experience, people management, knowledge of international social justice movements, and complex multi-source budget experience. This is a fully remote position.
