Leads the NWSL’s player and coaching pathways strategy, developing initiatives, partnerships, events, education, licensing, mentorship, and scouting infrastructure. Builds relationships with clubs, federations, collegiate programs, vendors, and educational partners; represents the league externally; manages budgets; and reports on talent pipeline health and program outcomes. The role focuses on expanding access, developing diverse talent, and strengthening the future professional soccer workforce.

Leads the NWSL’s league-wide content strategy across social, video, editorial, owned, and paid platforms. Oversees content production, distribution, audience growth, partnership integration, performance measurement, and platform innovation. Builds a distinctive fan-first brand voice, develops scalable workflows, manages agencies and partners, and leads a high-performing creative team. Uses analytics, audience insights, creators, cultural moments, and emerging technologies to expand reach, engagement, and monetization.
