Provide primary IT support across engineering, manufacturing, and field teams. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, performance issues, and outages; manage system deployments, configurations, user access, and permissions; and maintain detailed documentation. Support Windows, macOS, Linux, Office 365, Google Workspace, Jira ITSM, Slack, and core networking services. The role is Oregon-based remote with occasional on-site warehouse work and travel to Utah.

Leads supplier quality and reliability programs for manufactured hardware, including electronics, electromechanical assemblies, and battery systems. Investigates defects using 8D, FMEA, CAPA, SPC, and root-cause methods; manages RMA and warranty trends; conducts supplier audits and process validations; and drives corrective actions. Partners with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and international suppliers to improve component reliability, manufacturing processes, inspection plans, and quality metrics.
