Processes daily legal production workflows, including consumer communications, data entry, account transitions, mail and fax distribution, letter coding, internal audits, file assignments, and attendance reporting. The role maintains consumer account data integrity, coordinates compliance activities, meets processing deadlines, and supports account representatives using Microsoft Excel and internal collections systems.

Supports attorneys in a collections law firm by reviewing accounts for default judgment, drafting default judgment motions, tracking court orders, and assisting with paralegal projects. The role requires civil litigation experience, strong organization, attention to detail, deadline management, communication skills, reliability, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. This is a full-time office-based position with occasional lifting requirements.
