Serves as the first point of contact for calls and visitors, operates a six-line phone system, handles mail and office supplies, performs filing and document tasks, maintains databases, supports scheduling, reconciles statements and receipts, and assists executives and departments with administrative needs.

Manages customer retention and collections activities, including delinquent account research, payment arrangements, disputes, cancellations, renewals, and service terminations. Handles high-volume customer communications, coordinates field representatives, routes departmental tasks, maintains account records, manages bankruptcy and NSF cases, and prepares legal documents when needed. Builds customer relationships, resolves complaints, reports customer insights, and supports retention goals.
