Coordinates market research participant recruitment for interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Responsibilities include researching and screening potential panelists, conducting outreach, scheduling participants, maintaining CRM and recruitment databases, tracking project feasibility and timelines, reporting progress, processing incentives, and coordinating with clients, consultants, moderators, recruiters, and internal operations teams. The role also helps maintain foreign-language vendor relationships and supports global research projects.
