Lead technical execution for complex defense autonomy programs, owning system architecture, requirements, integration, verification, validation, safety, cybersecurity, schedules, and technical delivery. Responsibilities include Terraform infrastructure-as-code, inventory management, production change control, incident response, monitoring and observability, security compliance, vulnerability remediation, cost optimization, and technical documentation. The role collaborates with cybersecurity teams and manages AWS commercial and GovCloud environments, including networking, compute, storage, IAM, and EKS infrastructure.

Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and validate autonomy software for ground vehicles and robotic systems. Collaborate with engineers, researchers, product managers, customers, and end users to deliver autonomous behaviors, payload integrations, and mission capabilities. Analyze test results, diagnose root causes, improve system performance, and enhance the core autonomy stack. The role requires travel of 10–50% depending on placement and occasional commuting to Arlington, Virginia.

Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and field autonomy software for robotic ground vehicles. Collaborate with customers, end users, researchers, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver autonomous behaviors, payload integrations, and mission capabilities. Optimize sensing, computing, controls, and vehicle performance; analyze testing results, resolve root causes, and improve the autonomy stack. Translate customer requirements into production-ready software enhancements.

Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing and integration processes for autonomous vehicle systems from prototype through full-rate production. Serve as the liaison between engineering and production, troubleshoot technical issues, create build documentation, lead DFM/DFA reviews, support prototype-to-production transitions, improve workflows and layouts, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly expertise, process validation, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in shop and laboratory environments.

Own the operations analytics stack, including data warehouses, ETL pipelines, governance, forecasting models, executive dashboards, supply chain analytics, inventory optimization, and costed BOM reporting. Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations leadership to support S&OP, demand planning, production decisions, supplier performance, capacity utilization, and cost scenarios.

Develop and maintain internal tools on the DevOps and Tooling team, collaborating with vehicle integration engineers, production teams, and program leads. The role requires software engineering across Rust, TypeScript, React, Linux, Docker, CI/CD, scripting, and system and network debugging. Preferred experience includes Tauri, Ansible, embedded Linux, ARM64 edge deployments, AWS, C/C++ toolchains, robotics, vehicle systems, or defense programs.
