Develop curricula, instructor materials, hands-on exercises, assessments, and certification criteria; coordinate delivery with trainers and field teams; support program kickoffs and deployments; establish scalable intake and execution processes; track readiness and enablement metrics; and continuously improve training through cross-functional and customer feedback.

Build and operate agentic AI infrastructure, including agent definitions, MCP servers, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, enterprise integrations, identity controls, and production services. Establish reliable autonomy boundaries, observability, security, cost controls, and human escalation processes. Lead adoption through training, onboarding, platform standards, contributor enablement, and cross-functional influence across engineering, safety, IT, cybersecurity, product, and leadership.

Develop and optimize C++ and Python software for distributed robotic platforms, including middleware, configuration, logging, diagnostics, networking, and testing. Own vehicle systems architecture, requirements, interface documentation, and integration and testing across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines. Integrate COTS and custom actuation and sensing systems onto autonomous vehicle platforms, troubleshoot lab and field issues, develop test plans, analyze telemetry using scripts, and support safety analysis. Collaborate with engineering and program stakeholders while interpreting schematics, CAD models, software designs, and system-level impacts.

Develop real-time path and motion-planning algorithms for autonomous vehicles using C++ and Linux. Integrate planning with perception, localization, controls, and platform systems; deploy and debug software on physical vehicles; and validate performance through simulation, HIL, and field testing. The role also involves distributed-system messaging, real-time profiling, troubleshooting environmental and hardware edge cases, and cross-functional collaboration across autonomy and systems teams. Travel up to 20% is required.

Lead technical execution for complex defense autonomy programs, owning system architecture, requirements, integration, verification, validation, safety, cybersecurity, schedules, and technical delivery. Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams across software, hardware, mechanical, electrical, autonomy, and systems integration. Collaborate with government customers, partners, and vendors, oversee autonomous vehicle and weapons-payload integration, manage technical risks, and support lab and field demonstrations.

Designs, validates, debugs, and supports production of high-reliability electrical hardware for autonomous military and commercial vehicles. Responsibilities include PCB and power supply design, circuit simulation, prototyping, hardware bring-up, signal and power integrity analysis, verification testing, design documentation, manufacturing support, cost and yield improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers.
