The temporary role runs through December 31, 2026, requires approximately 75% travel during normal seasons, and supports practices nationwide.

Leads end-to-end implementation of OrthoFi products for orthodontic practices, including stakeholder alignment, scheduling, remote system training, onsite coaching, post-implementation support, and continuing education. Partners with Adoption, Account Management, and Training Development teams to improve customer outcomes and training materials. The role requires strong presentation, communication, planning, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with approximately 50% travel and occasional work outside standard hours.

Lead data product strategy and execution across product, engineering, analytics, operations, customer success, and finance. Establish data quality, governance, definitions, lineage, instrumentation, reporting, and documentation standards. Drive data-informed product decisions, experimentation analysis, and dashboard adoption while developing a long-term vision for data-powered insights, automation, and AI capabilities.
