Own the full lifecycle design of high-reliability electrical hardware for launch vehicles, including architectures, schematics, PCB layout, prototyping, debugging, integration, environmental testing, production support, and failure investigations. Establish scalable electrical design processes and documentation, develop digital, power, and analog circuits, and help build the future electrical engineering team.

Design and develop launch vehicle structural hardware, including tanks, interstages, and integrated assemblies, from concept through manufacturing, testing, and flight integration. Design and develop mechanical hardware and integrated assemblies for the E1 rocket engine, owning systems from concept through manufacturing, testing, iteration, and flight integration. Create CAD models, drawings, interface definitions, and release packages; perform structural, thermal, vibration, tolerance, and fit-up analyses; and drive packaging, manufacturability, assembly, supplier coordination, and cross-functional integration with propulsion, fluids, avionics, structures, manufacturing, and test teams.

Own propulsion component development from requirements and first-principles design through detailed engineering, manufacturing, component testing, and flight qualification. Design valves, regulators, igniters, piping, flex lines, TVC actuators, thrusters, and related hardware. Create CAD models and drawings, perform engineering analyses, make design-for-manufacture decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, support test planning and instrumentation, and analyze post-test data.

Design, build, and commission rocket-engine test stands and ground infrastructure for a 700 kN engine. Responsibilities include mechanical and structural design, high-pressure and cryogenic fluid-system routing, instrumentation integration, control logic, automated test operations, commissioning, hazard analysis, safety procedures, hot-fire campaigns, anomaly response, and test-data analysis. The role collaborates across mechanical, controls, software, and operations teams while supporting field assembly, troubleshooting, and continuous stand-performance improvements.

Leads the propulsion and vehicle fluid systems organization for a medium-lift launch vehicle. Responsibilities include setting technical architecture, driving design through flight and reuse, managing schedules, budgets, risks, suppliers, and certification interfaces, and building a multidisciplinary engineering team. The role requires deep liquid bipropellant rocket engine experience, fluid and propulsion system analysis, component and plumbing design, hazardous operations leadership, test campaign experience, and stakeholder and proposal engagement.

Leads the structural engineering organization for an orbital launch vehicle, owning strategy, design authority, analysis, materials, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and delivery of primary structures including tanks, thrust structures, interstages, and fairings. Builds and mentors the structures, thermal, and mechanical engineering team while driving cross-functional integration, design-for-manufacture, structural verification, test correlation, and mass, robustness, cost, and schedule trade-offs.
