Responsibilities include managing RFIs, material takeoffs, supplier purchasing, production readiness, logistics, schedules, project records, changes, cost tracking, quality documentation, and client communications. Works primarily in an office and shop environment with project managers, engineering, drafting, procurement, production, quality, shipping, vendors, and clients. Rare site visits may be required.

Own StructureCraft’s company-wide process architecture during a multi-year ERP and digital transformation. Model and govern as-is and to-be processes using BPMN, EPC, SIPOC, and RACI; secure cross-functional validation and sign-off; connect processes to systems and data; support Epicor Kinetic configuration and integrations; steward the Process Atlas; and lead continuous improvement and AI-agent process transformation across finance, engineering, manufacturing, construction, procurement, and supply chain.

Lead proposal, qualifications package, and presentation development for structural engineering and construction pursuits. Responsibilities include interpreting RFPs and RFQs, creating compliance matrices, coordinating technical content, managing deadlines, writing and editing proposal materials, producing visually polished InDesign deliverables, maintaining content libraries, supporting shortlist presentations, and improving workflows through AI and automation. The role may expand into client outreach, market research, conference preparation, and broader business development activities.
