Provides administrative support to executive leaders by managing calendars, meetings, travel, communications, reports, expenses, and confidential records. Supports HR and people initiatives including onboarding, employee engagement, recognition, wellness, internal communications, events, training coordination, compliance, and record retention. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, customer service, and Microsoft Office proficiency in a full-time, in-person schedule.

Supports marketing operations across multiple brands by managing co-op funding, budgets, vendor claims, marketing materials, apparel, web assets, social media, customer content, campaigns, promotions, and reporting. Coordinates project deliverables, tracks marketing KPIs, supports trade show materials, and provides administrative assistance to marketing leadership. The role is fully remote with up to 20% travel.
