Owns the company’s People Operations function as its sole HR leader. Responsibilities include payroll and benefits administration, Rippling HRIS ownership, HR compliance, employee lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding, performance-management support, recruitment coordination, employee relations guidance, audits, and benefits renewal. Partners with Finance, vendors, advisors, counsel, leadership, and employees to maintain accurate, compliant, scalable HR processes.

Drive revenue growth across assigned territories by building pipeline, acquiring new K-12 and education-adjacent customers, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder EdTech deals. Conduct discovery meetings and demonstrations, navigate district procurement processes, create urgency, and partner with internal teams to advance opportunities. The role requires strong ownership, a hunter mentality, and frequent customer-facing field presence, including travel of up to 75% or more.

Generates qualified sales opportunities for Regional Partnerships Directors through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, account research, lead nurturing, and relationship development with K-12 district leaders. The role researches accounts, engages prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualifies opportunities, schedules discovery meetings, maintains CRM records, supports campaigns and conferences, and contributes to territory growth. Travel up to 20% is required within the assigned territory.
