Maintains Windows servers, LAN/WAN equipment, networking, internet, user devices, printers, scanners, CCTV, access control, PABX, and security systems. Manages Office 365 licenses, antivirus renewals, Cisco security, user support, database backups, and CDBL settlement software. Troubleshoots hardware, software, email, network, and bandwidth issues while ensuring secure and reliable IT operations.

Sell mutual fund units by meeting potential investors, making outbound calls, handling inbound and walk-in clients, completing applications, collecting documents, and achieving monthly sales targets. Maintain client and sales databases, prepare reports, and support other management-assigned tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, independent work under pressure, and relevant financial product sales experience.
