The role ensures accurate, efficient employee experiences across the lifecycle while driving change, developing team members, and partnering collaboratively across the organization.

Lead remuneration and reward strategy across New Zealand and Australia. Manage annual salary reviews, reward frameworks, benefits, STI and LTI programs, market benchmarking, governance, and compliance with Australian Modern Awards. Advise leaders and executives on complex employment arrangements, unions, collective bargaining, internal equity, and package design. Partner with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and senior leadership while guiding analytical and shared-services support.
