Coordinate installation resources, oversee customer projects, train users and partners, investigate technical issues, maintain documentation, and ensure systems meet quality standards before shipment. The role requires strong hardware, AVMM, PLC, customer service, safety, communication, and project coordination skills, along with extensive domestic and international travel and physical equipment installation capabilities.

Design and deploy industrial augmented reality solutions integrating software, hardware, automation, manufacturing equipment, and enterprise systems. Responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, developing system designs, specifying components, troubleshooting multidisciplinary technical issues, preparing documentation, and supporting installation, commissioning, training, and ongoing improvements. The role collaborates with customers, Sales, Engineering, suppliers, and integrators, requiring hands-on problem solving across mechanical, electrical, controls, software, networking, and manufacturing processes. Approximately 20–25% domestic and international travel is required.
